This modern family villa is located on the edge of Nikiana village. It has a pretty garden with a bbq area and there are sea views from the first floor balcony.

The villa comprises of a living area, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and one separate WC.

The villa does not have a pool but is an easy 5 minutes walk from the local beach in Episkopos and the K Beach Bar. A ten minutes walk will bring you in to Nikiana village with a range of minimarkets, bakeries, coffee shop, and the small harbour with several tavernas and restaurants.
