Villa Theos

Villa Theos is part of a unique project of sea view villas called “Olive Stone Villas” and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located high above the bay of Paleros opposite the island of Lefkada, it is surrounded by olive groves and is within walking distance of the quiet beach of Pogonia. 

The amazing color of the Ionian Sea, which is perfectly complemented by the lushly colored backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains, gives a unique experience to remember.

Built in 2020, this villa designed by top architects offers the perfect home from home. It has achieved its goal of presenting the amazing environment and landscape perfectly while providing the luxury and comfort to fulfill an enjoyable and peaceful vacation. 

Around the villa is a beautiful garden with oleanders and other traditional Greek plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of beautiful and traditional Greece. The outside area is very spacious with a shaded area and a barbecue pit.

The Villa

The villa consists of two parts: the main villa and an external living area. The main villa consists of the master bedroom, the kitchen and the living room. A further two guest bedrooms are separated from the villa by an external living area. The master bedroom offers fantastic views over the bay of Paleros, the tranquility of the Acaran Mountains and the glittering sea. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower and stone sink. The living room and kitchen have a perfect view from the glass doors that run the length of the room and open onto the external areas and the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities. The living room offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dream of the day ahead, read a book or watch the latest movies.
